Pistachio Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Naturi Whole Milk Pure yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup roasted, unsalted pistachios, finely ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Directions

Preparation

  1. Fill a large bowl with ice water.
  2. Combine the yogurt, milk, honey, ground pistachios, cardamom and salt in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Careful not to burn milk!
  3. Pour the mixture into a medium sized bowl. Place the bowl in the ice water bath. Let mixture stand for about 20 minutes until cold, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for about 6 hours.
  5. Remove popsicles from molds. Run warm water over the outside of the molds to help release popsicles.
