  • 1 5oz cup Naturi Whole Milk Vanilla + Cinnamon yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp ground vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 heaping cups grated zucchini

Directions

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour two 8x4 inch bread pans.
  2. Beat yogurt, eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla in electric mixer until fully combined.
  3. Slowly add flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix on low, gradually increasing speed until fully incorporated. Stir in zucchini.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pans and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a rack for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely.
