  • 4 tablespoons Naturi Whole Milk Pure Organic Greek yogurt
  • 4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 anchovies
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste



  1. Add the yogurt, garlic, parmesan, mustard, vinegar, anchovies, and lemon juice to a food processor and puree until well blended.
  2. Keep the food processor running and stream in the olive oil. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper, if needed.
